How do you undo deleted emails?

Once I have deleted an email or a folder on the mail client is there a way to undo the delete? I am using eM client for my yahoo and gmail account.

Hi,
if you have these accounts installed as IMAP accounts it was probably deleted at their storage place also (at server). If they were POP (locally stored) accounts, you can redownload them from server again.
