how do you send a group email from the contacts using work

I created a group and want to email all without entering them seperately there is about 25 names. how do i send the email to all of them using the group name

Hi, you have to select all the contacts from that group, right click the selection and create a distribution list.
Distribution list is then visible while composing a new email as if it was another contact.

I tried this and got a undeliverable error for most of the list. The error was:

4.5.3 Your message has too many recipients. For more information regarding
4.5.3 Google’s sending limits, please visit:

Any ideas?

Hi Bob, seems like you’ve exceeded the maximum messages sent over your mail service, this is unfortunately not an application issue, contact your mail service provider in order to resolve this issue.
