Sorry, not completely sure what you’re suggesting, eM Client does not allow you to create a new email account, in order to create a new gmail account ([email protected]) visit http://mail.google.com/ , @google.com email addresses are most likely reserved for employees of the company only.

You might have to contact a mail service vendor, for example… Gmail. You can only setup an existing account with eM Client, to do so you just use your credentials to authenticate with the application and the application should automatically setup the account’s details based on your server’s auto-discover preferences.
