How do I transfer my licence to a replaced hard drive? - the old one crashed

EmClient wont allow me to activate with my previous licence - how can I transfer it?  I have a new hard drive.

If you have a Free License, you need to deactivate the license on the old one before you install it on a new computer (or in this case a new hard disk). If you are not able to do that, you can write to eM Client and ask them to deactivate the license for you. Or you can register a new Free License under a different email address.

If you have a Pro License, you can deactivate your license using the License Manager.
