How do I switch profiles, seems very hard and complicated to do

How do i switch profiles please, after an update 10.1 my customer is saying all of his email is missing.

I carn’t remember in V10.1 if you had the new menu option to switch profiles, but in the latest V10.3.1567 via the release history page you can quickly switch to another profile via “Menu / Profiles” once you have setup profiles in Settings.

Note: If V10.1 doesn’t have the quick Menu Profile switch option and you want to try the latest eM Client, backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. Also close eM Client before updating.
