How do I open more than 1 instance of EM Client?

Hi - I use Windows 10, and I just downloaded the trial version of EM Client 8 (and loving it). The blog announcing EM Client 8 (from 6/22/20) says that I can open more than 1 instance of it, but when I open EM Client a second time, it goes back to the original instance. Any assistance would be appreciated!

I just answered my own question. To do this, I need to right-click the eM Client icon, and rather than then selecting “eM Client”, I need to select “Mail”, “Calendar”, etc.
