How do i move a Table or Table of Cells to eg the centre of an email

How do i move a Table or Table of Cells to eg the centre of an email.

If I insert a table which by default appears left justified, after selecting it i cannot move or justify the table to the centre of the email. I can stretch the table on the right accross the page as far as i want, but cannot move the table across to the centre of the page. Also tried highlighting the border of the table but still won’t move or justify to the centre. Any help would be appreciated.

Right-click on the table and choose Table > Properties. Change Alignment to Center.
