When setting up a new IMAP user, how do I index headers in all folders? At present I have to highlight each folder and wait for the “Synchronizing Messages” prompt to disappear. This is inefficient. For instance, I am working tonight with a user who has hundreds of folders. I din’t know if I’ll ever get through all of them! Is there a way to automate this process?

You can’t automate the headers without clicking on the folder. You can only automate to download the mail or mail+attachment.
Currently it is not possible, as suggested in previous comment, but we plan to implement it for some future version.
That would be much appreciated. In some cases it’s stretching the deployment time from 20 minutes to two hours plus. I look forward to seeing that implemented. Thanks.
