How do I import contacts from another computer?

After a bit of hair pulling, I finally got eM installed the way I want it. Now, how do I import the contacts from Windows Live Mail XP that are on another computer? I have a stick drive that I am using to transfer files, but in eM, it appears I can only import from a program on the new computer, not from a stick drive. Thank you.

Export your contact from Windows Live Mail to vCard/.vcf format. After eM Client would be able to import without the actual Windows Live Mail program.
