I am trying to uninstall eM Client, but cannot get rid of it whatever I try (regedit, deleting files etc). I get an error message shown in the snip attached and sure enough, the file nor the path exist.
I run into this problem frequently, with many programs. Seems to have first appeared with Win 10 upgrade. I ended up downloading and using Revo Uninstaller and it works well.
