How do I edit the body of an email

I made a draft email and wish to edit the main body but cannot find a way to do this.

Hi, not completely sure what you have in mind, are you composing an HTML email? If this is a regular draft, you should be able to edit the pre-composed message by double clicking the message in the draft folder.
