I will need to know if you are using IMAP or POP3 account, then what service provider (gmail, outlook, etc) do you use, and do you use archivation?
(click on tools - accounts - your account and there is IMAP or POP3 tab, I need to know which one is your case, if there is anything else)

Hmm this is hard to tell what could cause this, eM Client does not contain any code that could do this on its own…
is there perhaps any option for archiving in your web mail interface?
Are those emails disappearing randomly or after any activity? Can you simulate steps that leads to it?

when I minimize the window or when I close it down, I will reopen and my inbox is empty.
I still have my other e-mail client installed which is Incredimail.
Not sure what you mean by archiving, sorry

archiving is now out of possibilities since this is caused definitely by something else…

by checking SMTP under advanced you have just turned on logging of SMTP protocol (that is protocol that sends your emails to server and then to other users).
I think you could use “download for offline use” in IMAP tab under tools - accounts - your account.
If your issue will occur again please try this and let me know.
