How can I set the default reply-to address?

Both Outlook and Outlook Express have an account setup field that lets you specify the address that the receiver uses if they select “Reply” when reading your email. It may be different than you expect because the ISP supplies it. I recently moved and discovered that the reply-to address was different and was mysteriously missing 100s of emails.
I looked in the past support questions for an answer and only found the open question from 2010 without an answer! So I’m asking again.

By default eM Client automatically choose the reply address according to the address that it has being sent to. No option to change this behaviour.
