how can I save a a vcf file in my contacts?

I received an e-mail with a vcf file, send from outlook 2010. How can i save this file on my contacts?

Open your contact tab on the navi menu on the left, than drag the .vcf file attachment to any folder that you desire in your contact.

Or use menu File->Import->Import contacts from vCard (.vcf) option.
