how can I retrive all the emails in my server?

I have a lot of old emails in my Comcast server but I don’t see them in my inbox. I checked the Local archive folder but it is empty. Would you please provide the instructions to display all the emails in my inbox?

Hello Victor, not quite sure what you’re referring to, if you’re using an IMAP account and your emails are available on the server, if no errors are shown, you emails should automatically be synchronised with the appropriate folder. The IMAP protocol synchronises the content between your mail server and your client so you should be able to see identical content on both.

Are you seeing any errors? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in help > about?
