How can I import a .pst file (exported from Outlook 2010) to em on a computer that does not have Outlook installed?

I believe I figured out the answer.  If you select Import from Outlook, it then gives you a choice whether to import directly from Outlook or from a .pst file.  I didn’t see that on my initial look through.
