Hotmail uploads, but doesn’t send any email.
Kinda need more information to solve the problem. Does it give you any error message? What ISP are you using? Does your ISP restrict 3rd party SMTP server? Do you actually mean Hotmail retrieves/download your e-mail but not sending/upload?
Much more info is needed.
