Hotmail connectivity issue

I’m using W7, very shortly to move to W10.  (I have a workstation with both loaded.)

I get a database failure notice with DbRepair and have sent the notice to eM Client Support as it instructs.

Yes, all your comments point to some issue with your database.

With your Outlook.com account, if you can see everything correctly when using the web interface, then remove that account from eM Client, and then add it again.

Removing and adding the account was far easier than I expected.
