Hide account in unified inbox

Is it possible to hide an emailaccount in the unified inbox?

You could either "disable that account’’ if you only want that temporarily depending on the type of account you have, or “remove that account all-together” if you are no longer wanting that account messages etc.

So if you want to just temporarily disable that account so it doesn’t then show in the Favourites (Unified) All Inboxes and have a eg: IMAP, POP3 type account, go to “Menu / Accounts” and click on your account, and then click the “General Tab” at the top.

Then scroll down to “Services” and you can uncheck IMAP or POP3 and then Save accounts. That will then temporarily disable that account from eM Client view so it then won’t appear anywhere. When you then want it again, re-enable that check box and save accounts and it will re-appear.

Apart from temporarily disabling the account from view or removing an account completely, i don’t know of any other way to do that. However if there is a way, someone will update this thread.

As one provider is occasionally having issues with their mail servers, mostly due to DDoS attacks or something, I get lots of popups. I’d like to temporarily disable those accounts by just a single click, not by going into the account settings, disabling services etc. Even ancient Outlook clients had this option. Please add this, for instance by right-clicking the mailbox and choosing something like “disable for 2 hours” or something.
