my outbox is showing 1 message to be sent, but there is in fact no message to go out, thanks for any help
Could be a ghost message. Try to empty the outbox. Also just a guess but see if conversions is disabled in this programs settings. I am not an expert on this program but that cleared up an issue for me. I disabled conversions under settings–mail. Then try it out by sending an email.
