I have not received message since Monday. this is the error message I get. can someone please assist? an attempt to connect to my account failed. this could be caused by temporary server unavailability. can someone please assist?

If you have not changed anything on your end (e.g., eM Client upgrades, account settings, etc.), then it is probably an issue with your email provider.  I would check with them first.
