Unable to recall your password can be unpleasant, in order to proceed we need to clarify what kind of password are you asked for.
Since your email account is not managed by us you need to go to your provider web page and reset your password there but if it is eM Client password protection you will need to create new eM Client database if you need help with creating new database, let me know.
IMAP configured account should download all your messages back after creating new database.
