Help im a noob "An error occurred - cannot send message (email recipient not accepted by server.)

Hi,

I have just installed eM and im getting all my messages but when i try to send one it says this

"An error occurred - cannot send message (email recipient not accepted by server.)

How do i fix this?

Hello,

This may be caused by bad address or if account on which you are sending your email is deactivated.

can you send emails on other emails?
