HELP !!! i,m lost all my 2015 and 2016 inbox files.i have older and send, trash … sub folders.it may something to du with UPDATES ,i made in 10.01.2017

Hello Andrus,
what mail account did this happen with? Is it Gmail/iCoud/Microsoft (Hotmail, Live, Outlook…)/Other kind of account?
Is it set up with IMAP/POP/Exchange protocol? Please check this is Menu>Tools>Accounts window.
If you haven’t deleted your old database files during the install you can still access all your data. You can try manually importing through Menu>File>Import>Import from eM Client 6 , though it might duplicate some of your data, so make a backup of your current database first (Menu>File>Backup).

it was zone.ee ,firm e-mail account.
POP3 (mail.zone.ee).
i,m looking from old version,but nothing.

Hello Andrus,
perhaps your messages were saved in Local folders?
Can you please check the ‘Show Local folders’ option in Menu>Tools>Settings>General>General section?
