Help, I want eM client to automatically download messages with out having to click on send and receive.

Go to Tools > Settings > General >Synchronization and check boxes at “Synchronize items at startup” (if you want to do this) and “Synchronize items every XX minutes.” Choose the time interval that you wish to use.
