Help for importing contacts from a Microsoft Outlook csv file

When importing contacts if resolve field type from first line is selected almost all contacts have an empty email address field.  If resolve field type from first line is not selected only 6 fields are visible in the import window, how to define the address field that is more than 6 fields down the record?

Any help much appreciated.  John.

OK I think I have it, select hide empty columns.
