Please provide a little more detail so that we can help–

1.  Do you get any kind of error message?  A screenshot would help.
2.  Have you been notified by eM Client that they suspected you of a violation of their license policy?
3.  What Windows version are you using?
4.  Are you attempting to use the program on more than one machine with a single license?
