Hello, I keep getting an error message regarding synchronization with gmail

Hello Marko, sorry to see this, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using a Google Apps account?

Can you please switch to the “Log” tab when the error occurs , copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum for more information about this issue?

Hello again Marko, can you please download this utility, http://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler and install fiddler on your computer, this application captures your network traffic and allows us to better understand the synchronisation issue that has occurred.

Please navigate to Tools > Fiddler Options > HTTPs > Decrypt HTTPs, enable traffic capture in Fiddler and try to replicate the issue using eM Client. After the error occurs, please go back to Fiddler and save the logging session by selecting File > Save > All Sessions, and submit the logging archive to my work mail, [email protected] for more information about this issue.

After you do so, please try to right click the /Directory/ folder and select Properties > Repair and click on the repair button, this should help to restore the sync process.
