Having serious issues with att.net

I’m getting this error message numerous times a day, every day.

Here are my settings.  Can anybody help?

have you tried setting the “Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)” in the SMTP tab?
Also, if this doesn’t help, please copy the contents of the Operations > Log tab here (next to the error tab in your screenshot).

The issue has been with incoming, not outgoing.  But the problem appears to have fixed itself.  It’s obviously an issue with the att.net/yahoo server. Thinking seriously about switching everything over to my gmail account.
