Hi, are you using two-step verification with your iCloud account?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?

Are you using any firewall/proxy software on your computer?

has this a resolution as I have just had the same issue with a new client?

Just setup an iCloud calendar account which syncs ok but upon loading emC a dialogue box opens saying the there is an Authentication error.

I’m sure it’s a “tick” box somewhere but which one?
