have a new computer & a license. Can’t get emails that are in old computer into new as I don’t have access to old computer. can’t em just create what was there in the new. Tried downloading & adding lic #, but got nowhere. Actually, it crashed per the message from microsoft!! Need them!
If you login to your email account using the web interface for your email provider, can you see these missing messages?
If not, then it is most likely that they were saved in Local Folders on the old computer, so not synced with your server. Is it possible you have a backup of eM Client, or can get access to the old computer again?
I was trying to do 2 things at 1 time and did not notice that was not to set up my account before loading the files from old computer. I signed in. I have the backup on an ext hard drive, plus it is in the new one. I thought if I just uninstalled it & started over, it might solve the problem.
