Have just discovered some emails being grouped instead of all being shown in list
Have nothing under setting categories.
Go to “View / Conversations” and see if you have Conversations enabled.
If Conversations is already disabled, then if you mean some emails are eg: grouped by days, then “right click at the top of the message list” and see if “Show in Groups” is enabled.
