Got new computer now the incoming message are not coming in

I bought a new computer, i deactivated the license on the old computer. I put in the correct settings but only outgoing mail works. i try the diagnose/ fix it button but it won’t correct the problem. i have double checked all the settings compared to the old computer and everything is the same. What do i need to do?

The easiest way to move from one computer to another is to deactivate and backup eM Client on the old one and restore and activate on the new one. That way you can be sure that all your settings are the same.

One thing to check if you are able to send but not receive, and you are sure that your settings are the same, is disable your anti-virus and firewall then try again. That might be blocking the incoming port.
