got a notice that my demo period had expired. Reregistered with free acct. and advised the new activation number had been sent, however email program does not receive or send… What steps can take?

Hi, can you please use your webmail in order to retreive the license key that has been sent to you?
When you have the activation key, go to Help > License, enter/paste the license key and click on Activate.

I have the same problem but I don’t understand your reply, what web mail account are you referring to? My mother has a Tiscali account on the emclient and has not any passwords for web mail accounts - we have asked to be sent an activation code but are not getting any emails in.
