My company uses Google Workspace (G-Suite). When I address an email, instead of the full name preceding the email address it often uses the data from the Work Details -> “Company” field.
I noticed that the properties for contacts whose full name displays correctly have a link for the “Profile” field that goes to a “https://plus.google.com/xxx” location (xxx is a 22 digit ID). Those contacts who do not have a “Profile” link show the data in the Work Details -> Company field instead of their full name.
The Contacts view in eM shows the same issue.
