what version of eM Client are you currently running? Check the Help>About section for full version number.
What accounts do you have set up? Or is it only one account?
Could you copy the full log connected to this issue, please?

do you have any security software installed? Antivirus/firewall? Try adding eM Client to exceptions in the programmes/
If that does not help, copy the full log connected to this issue from Tools>Operations window.
