I am at my wit’s end. I have one gmail account that’s working perfectly.
The other gmail account is posing immense problems. I just can’t figure out what might be wrong.
I am attaching screen shots show eM Client Version (latest), and the tabs General, Imap, Smtp.
Please note that in the General tab, the check boxes for Imap and Smtp are greyed out.
Any help is much appreciated.
The IMAP and SMTP check boxes under the General tab are greyed out because that account “is set as the default account”.
Highlight any other account and click “Set as default” along the top to enable those boxes.
