Gmail Inbox isn't synced

I have the latest version of eM Client (9.2.1222 (ca10485)) on a mac (macOS Ventura 13.1).
When I read or delete items on the web site, or any other device, the changes are not reflected in eM Client (e.g. I see messages I deleted weeks ago).

Right-click on the All Mail folder below your Inbox, Sent, Trash etc. and choose Properties > Repair > Repair.

When that is done, see if it syncs correctly.
