gmail error

Everything was working fine with our two email accounts until a few weeks ago when error messages appeared next to the Gmail account. We have checked the account and log in details and they are correct.

Can you help.


Hi, can you make a screenshot of the error message you’ve received?
Are you receiving your email or is that an issue? Are you using any antivirus/proxy/firewall software?

What version of eM Client are you using?

Peter, Log into Gmail and look for the email “later” than the last email you see in eM Client. Read the email in Gmail and then delete it.  Sometimes, a messed up email gets the email client  in a stuck mode. This may not work but it’s worth a try.
