I am using EMClient 6, Pro version.
I keep getting an Error message telling me Uploading to Contacts failed, and that an address is required. I have 2-step notification turned on, and can get mail easily. But Contacts (and definitely Distribution List contacts) won’t synchronize properly. Any suggestions as to how to repair this?
Hi Ray,
first I’d suggest trying to resynchronize your contacts folder separately (Go to the Contacts item in the left menu, then choose your account, right-click it and choose Properties>Repair and run Repair on this folder).
Let the resync finish and then see if the issue persists.
If it does, then please, when the error pops up again, click the third tab in the same windows as the error (titles LOG) and copy its full contents here.
