Gmail Calendar/Contact Sync Issue

Every 10 minutes for the last week, I have been getting the following error:

7:28:53 AM   MailExceptions.OperationException: Synchronizing folder 'XXXXX@XXXXXXXX.COM/' failed due to the following error: Execution of request failed: [\_1001\_16946\_AAN3FFNHONUS35VOF3NQE...]( "Link:\_1001\_16946\_AAN3FFNHONUS35VOF3NQE4UW3EP5DWSIPDSKFXWCFK52DM3I62ZJPYI3E3XA") (Temporary problem - please try again later.) 7:28:53 AM    at MailClient.Protocols.Gdata.GenericGdataCommand.Execute(WorkerStatus status)
7:28:53 AM    at MailClient.Commands.Command.Process(WorkerStatus status)

If I disable the calendar/contacts service with the gmail account, it goes away.  Since this is a gmail for business account, I have to have the calendar/contacts syncing.  What do I need to do to fix this issue?

seems like a lot of us have the same problem but no answer from support about this issue.

All of my research suggests there is a limit that the calendar/contacts can be pulled per day from gmail.  Can we change how often the pull?

i think you might be right, the error includes the recommendation to do batch operations.

i did try the beta 7 version of emClient but it’s a nightmare to use and does not solve the problem.

sorry for the late reaction, have you tried repairing the Contact folders?
Go to Contacts section, right-click your gmail account and choose Properties>Repair and run the repair.
After the folders finish resynchronizing wait and see if the error reoccurs. If so, please let us know so we can troubleshoot this issue.

no it doesnt work. I already tried that. I also tried reinstalling emClient still the same. There is a contact folder called “Directory” that causes the problem. This is for a Google Apps for Business using a paid version of emClient.

No, doing the Properties Repair doesn’t work (for either Contacts or the Calendar).  As with Golightly, this is a Google Apps for Business account.
