I have a similar problem with Gmail. I use three gmail hosted accounts. Sometimes Gmail asks for Emclient to refresh the credentials which causes Emclient to lock up requiring me to kill the process. which in turn requires that I wait for Emclient to rebuild the database. Annoying.
