Today I’ve upgraded my eM Client to 7.0.27943.0 and the new version can’t sync with my gmail account. Some pop-up shows up and says, that IMAP access to “All Mail” folder is disabled, but that’s not true. I’ve double checked that IMAP is turned on at my gmail account and anyway at the same time my mobile phone IMAP client doesn’t have a problem with sync with gmail account. Furthermore this problem has appeared it right after the eM Client upgrade. I’ve removed my account in eM Client and I’ve set it again, but no change, the problem is still there. Anyone knows how to resolve this issue?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please post a screenshot of the messages/errors that the program displays and also the log from the tab Log in the Operations window (Menu->Tools->Operations) when the error appears? Just select all with Ctrl+A and use Ctrl+V to copy it here.
