Gmail (with IMAP) worked perfect in eM Client 6 but not at all in version 7 whicht I downloaded and registered this morning. Neither mail, nor Calendar or Contacts are synchronizing, and diagnosis does not do anything at all. I need to return to 6 as I can’t miss Gmail’s Calendar and Contacts. I want my money back!!! And yes I did all that is needed, allowing Google to check and manage everything.
