Ghost E-mail after delete

Hi. After delete some e-mails and clean the trash folder it still remain on folder (trash) and if you try delete this command not work. So the ghost e-mails remain there!

There´s some command to compact the database or something like that? I couldn’t find it…

You can try to repair the database: Right click on the “All Mail” folder and then on Repair >> Repair.

Thank you, but didn’t work. It deletet all my mail and downloaded all again, but the folder still show that ghost e-mails!!!

As an add… The new path is “All Mail”, then “properties”, and finally Repair. And sadlly didn’t work.

Please close eM Client and open a Windows Command Prompt. Not a powershell, but a command prompt.

Paste in this command:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailClient.exe” /dbrepair

When that is done, restart eM Client.
