eM Client has worked well for me but recently I’ve had recurring issues with receiving new email. I will get a notice on my smartphone of a new email while at my computer and rather than reading it on the phone’s small screen, I immediately go to eM Client to view the mail. For about 2 quick seconds I see the new email (in bold), then it disappears! Occasionally I’ll find it hiding in the “All Mail” folder, but often it’s not even there. Then when I do locate it, there’s no body or images in the mail, just the heading “The message wasn’t downloaded because you’re not connected to the server”. If my memory serves me correctly, I don’t think the email or its contents are visible when I close eM Client and reopen it. I have the latest and greatest version so I know it’s not that. Please help!
