Getting red triangle connection failed intermittently

I’m using EM Client 9.1.2109 For 10 years or so EM Client has worked fine retrieving my emails, but i the last 3 weeks or so sometimes it doesn’t work and I get the red triangle error message - Connection Failed. I’ve used the same email settings for years, Any clues how to fix this?

ERROR MESSAGE:
