getting error when send/receiving. I do not know any of the server information. Only that it is internal

Says an attempt to connect to the account failed and it could be cause by unavailable server or incorrect settings. I ran the diagnose and it said server not found.

It seems that the server settings are incorrect. I would recommend contacting the server admin to provide you with correct server address and settings. Then you can delete the account and configure it again correctly.
