Getting duplicate notifications

Hi. New member here, but have used EM Client for a few years. My computer hard drive crashed. When I replaced the drive and reinstalled EM Client, I began getting two notifications for every email. I checked and it doesn’t show two of each email address. Just one of each (I have two different emails). I though by unchecking “use system notification”, that would do the trick. But instead, I got a smaller older looking notifications in addition to a second notification.

Does anyone know how to address this issue?

Do you have the messages from one email account forwarded to the other?

Or do you maybe have the same email account setup more than once in eM Client?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I finally figured it out. I was getting the extra email from Windows 10. Went to settings, notifications, and unchecked mail. That did it.
