Getting 403: Access Denied when activating free licence

I cannot activate Free Licence
I’m getting the following error when I try to activate - ‘A problem has occurred when contacting the licensing server: The requested failed with HTTP status 403: Access Denied.’

Can you try following this link (http://licensing.emclient.com/) in your browser and see if it opens?

When i follow the link, I’ll get the following in the browser console - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)
looks like it wants me to get ‘Microsoft silverlight’ - should i?

This issue is now resolved, the problem was my firewall
